Faron has a high level of supervisory and people management skills with over 30 years experience in the Construction industry.
His experience has been primarily in Residential Construction, however Faron has also supervised many Industry award winning projects including residential, commercial and in hospitality.
Faron demands quality from employees on site and has gained high respect from those that work with him for his strong communication skills and ability to prioritise workloads.
He loves a challenge and if the going gets tough on site, Faron always raises the bar to accept any new challenge given to him.
