Fraser is responsible for overseeing the construction of our construction sites and managing the day to day operations of each project.
His key strength is the ability to obtain the best in performance of each person on the site through detailed programmed analysis and his understanding of the efficient use of resources to obtain the best quality outcome.
He is committed to ensuring all people on site work safely and gets most enjoyment by mentoring the staff so that one day, there skills shall be developed so that they may too be senior members of the management team.
Fraser’s ability to assess ‘buildability’ and time issues, and relate budgets and costs to alternative design solutions makes him a strong team leader who gives confidence to stakeholders and delivery teams.
Fraser has a key eye for detail and can execute problem solving issues rapidly on site. He has a proven track record for ensuring each project is not only delivered well ahead of any scheduled program and to the quality which is usually only admired by other builders.
