As Manager of WHSE and QA Services for Southern Han, Neil has the focus, determination and commitment to drive and promote compliance across all sites and he engages all employees to fulfil S.H’s legislative compliance obligations.
Neil is the Chairman of the S.H WHS Committee and coordinates regular meetings and on site safety inspections to assist, guide, educate and mentor all staff on compliance related issues via training and consultation.
Access to up-to-date compliance news, standards, and information is an essential part of Neil’s role, and his extensive network of industry memberships and associations, including the Safety Institute of Australia, WorkCover, HIA and the Master Builders Association, ensures he always knows of the latest developments within the industry.
A key performance indicator for Neil is his ability to share the compliance message “safety is everyone’s responsibility” to all stakeholders.
