Southern Han prefers to deliver projects on a design & construct basis. Phil is responsible for the design development of our projects so as to ensure strict adherence to local government policies , EH&S, Australian standards and codes.
Phil is able not only to co-ordinate design, but ensures that the design is prepared in a built form. His comprehensive knowledge of all services and requirements of the design enables him to effectively co-ordinate all Consultants.
Phil brings to Southern Han comfort that the Clients objectives including the Project Intent are always maintained to the highest industry standard.
