Steve combines strong technical background with his formal qualifications in Construction Management with over 25 years industry experience in the building and property industry both in NSW and QLD. He has particular expertise in the management of design and construct projects and a track record of driving productivity to ensure key delivery dates on construction programmes are met.
A highly proficient construction professional, who has the overall responsibility for all elements of a project’s activities, Steve is able to focus in on technical issues quickly and has a strong commercial acumen.
He brings to each project a particular expertise in understanding complex projects, strategic thinking and consistent client contact. Steve’s abilities and experience add value to each stage of a project through his acute understanding of the clients project imperatives.
Steve’s attitude is positive and always solutions driven. A “can do” approach has led to Steve’s continuing success with clients, project managers and designers. His ethos is based upon a non-adversarial relationship and he expects the same from all his team.
